Production Readiness / Takeover Assessment

Delivered in 5 business days. We review architecture, security, stability, scalability, code health, infrastructure, maintainability, test coverage where applicable, ownership/access recovery, and production readiness. Every issue is categorized as fix now, monitor, or plan for later.
A written assessment you own: what the application is, what condition it is in, what should be addressed first, and what ongoing maintenance would involve. It is a real deliverable whether or not you continue with us.

The actual scope depends on what the assessment finds. Takeover does not automatically mean rebuild.
Possible work includes security hardening, access and authentication, infrastructure, deployment reliability, error handling, backups, monitoring, dependency and platform upgrades, critical bugs, data-model issues, and code cleanup.

Where the existing application and access situation allow it, Bright Bridge recreates or replicates the required setup in client-controlled accounts while the existing environment keeps running. The new environment is verified before cutover.
Nothing cuts over until the new environment has been verified and the client approves the move.
Operational control
The Safe Landing approach is designed to put core operational accounts — domain, hosting, repository, monitoring, and infrastructure where feasible — under client control rather than leaving them dependent on Bright Bridge for access.
