Instead of paying a large upfront build fee, you subscribe to the managed website service. The initial build is the onboarding stage of that plan, and Bright Bridge hosts, updates, supports, and improves the site while the plan is active.

Bring us the website you already own. We review it, get it organized, improve what reasonably needs attention, and manage it going forward on the same plans.
If major repair, cleanup, migration, or remediation is required before normal management makes sense, we identify and price that work before doing it.
A website you already own stays yours, including the improvements we make to it while we manage it.

Your plan includes a monthly update allowance. We track the actual time used, so a quick change doesn't consume a full 30-minute block unnecessarily. The allowance resets each month, which is why we encourage clients to send changes as they come up rather than saving a backlog.
Your monthly plan handles normal website changes. When you need a larger feature or a custom build, we scope it separately and give you a written price before we start. You keep your ongoing website plan while our custom team handles the bigger project.
If the extra work is ongoing, a higher plan gives you more included development capacity each month.
If it's a one-time project, we scope it, price it in writing, and build it while your plan continues.
You're subscribing to the managed Bright Bridge platform. Your domain, business content, branding, images you own, analytics, and Google Business Profile remain yours. If you leave without purchasing the site, we provide the agreed portable copy of the website along with your own assets.
It stays yours. Normal improvements we make while managing it stay with the site, and if you leave, you take the website and those improvements with you.
You can purchase full ownership of the website at any point — at the start, or later as a subscriber. We provide a written buyout price, and once it's paid you own the complete transferable website covered by that agreement.
Accessibility is built into how we develop and maintain managed websites. We build against WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and continue watching for technical regressions as the site changes. Technical accessibility services, not legal advice or a guarantee of legal compliance.
Managed-website clients are not sold a separate accessibility-monitoring subscription for the same Bright Bridge-managed site. The separate $300/$750/$1,500 monitoring plans are for properties Bright Bridge does not manage.
The Presence plan covers a new 5–7 page professional website build (or takeover of the site you already own), hosting, SSL, platform and security updates, Google Business Profile setup, up to 1 hour of included update time per month, accessibility-aware maintenance, and Bright Bridge support.
Presence includes 2 × 30-minute service blocks (up to 1 hour), Local includes 4 (up to 2 hours), and Growth includes 8 (up to 4 hours). We track the actual time used, so a 10-minute change doesn't consume a full 30-minute block. The allowance resets each month.
Yes — it's the same plan family. We review the site first so we understand what we're taking responsibility for, get it organized, and manage it going forward.

You have two options: move up to a plan with more included capacity, or we quote the larger work separately in writing. Either way your monthly plan continues — a big project doesn't cancel your relationship with us.
Yes. You can move up when you need more support. If you only need the higher plan temporarily, let us know and we can schedule the change accordingly.
Yes. Connecting established booking platforms, payment processors, CRMs, and form systems is normal website work. Integrations of that kind are part of the Growth plan and can be scoped on other plans.
When Bright Bridge has to build new software or business logic for your organization — proprietary calculators, portals, dashboards, custom workflows, or applications — that becomes a separately scoped custom project. Your website plan keeps running alongside it.
If you bring us a website you already own, it stays yours. If we build your site through a monthly subscription, you're subscribing to the managed Bright Bridge platform. If you ever want to purchase the full website outright, we can provide a written buyout price. Your domain and business-owned content always remain yours.
Not for a website Bright Bridge manages. Accessibility-aware development and ongoing technical checks are part of the managed service. The separate monitoring plans are for properties we don't manage.
Plans are month to month. The managed website platform is part of the subscription rather than a traditional website purchase, so if you cancel without purchasing the site, we provide the agreed portable copy of the website plus your own assets. Your domain can remain in your own registrar account.
