Pricing

Plain Pricing

Some Bright Bridge services are monthly plans. Some are fixed-price assessments. Larger engineering projects are scoped in writing. If work doesn't fit a package, our published engineering rate is $140/hour. Here are the numbers before you ever need a sales call.

You know how work will be priced before it begins.

02Free first steps

Some paths start free.

The free first step depends on the problem. We don't force every customer through the same scan or consultation.

Free Accessibility Scan

An automated first pass that surfaces obvious accessibility issues and helps determine whether a full audit is warranted.

Get an Accessibility Scan

Free Ownership & Risk Review

A 45-minute review for an existing app or digital property: domain, DNS, hosting, repository control, credentials, and backup status.

No code access required for the initial review.

Free Homepage Mockup

For businesses considering a managed website plan, we can show the direction for the homepage before they commit.

Custom development begins with a free consultation rather than one of these diagnostic scans.

03Managed websites

Managed website plans

One plan family, two ways in: we build a new site as part of the plan, or we take over the website you already own after a review.

Need a website?

We build it as part of your plan

The build is the onboarding stage of the monthly plan rather than a separate upfront project.

Already have a website?

We take it over and handle it

Same plans, after a review of what we're taking responsibility for. Major repair work, if required, is identified and quoted before we do it.

Presence

$199per month
Best for

A straightforward local-business website that should simply stay handled.

  • New 5–7 page professional website build, or takeover of the site you already own
  • Hosting
  • SSL
  • Platform/security updates
  • Google Business Profile setup
  • 2 × 30-minute service blocks — up to 1 hour of included update time per month
  • Accessibility-aware development and ongoing technical checks
  • Real Bright Bridge team behind the site

Businesses with more local information, listings, reviews, and regular updates to manage.

  • Everything in Presence
  • 4 × 30-minute service blocks — up to 2 hours of included update time per month
  • Business listings/citations kept current
  • LocalBusiness / Service structured data
  • Review feed with new-review alerts
  • Quarterly content refresh

Growth

$549per month
Best for

Businesses that need more capacity, integrations, landing pages, or light ecommerce/gated content.

  • Everything in Local
  • 8 × 30-minute service blocks — up to 4 hours of included update time per month
  • One new landing page per quarter
  • Integrations such as booking, payments, forms-to-CRM
  • Ecommerce-lite for up to roughly 20 products OR gated content where appropriate
  • Priority same-business-day response
  • Quarterly site review with analytics summary

Month to month · cancel anytime

How the monthly allowance works

Each plan includes a set amount of update time. We track the actual time used, so a quick change doesn't consume a full 30-minute block. The allowance resets each month, so send changes as they come up rather than saving a backlog.

If you need more than your plan includes

Move up to a plan with more included capacity, or we quote the larger work separately in writing. Either way your monthly plan continues.

Two ways in, one plan family

If you need a website, the build is part of the plan. If you already own one, we review it, get it organized, and manage it going forward on the same plans.

Ownership and cancellation

A website you already own stays yours, including improvements we make while managing it. If we build your site on a subscription, you're subscribing to the managed Bright Bridge platform — and you can purchase full ownership at any time for a written buyout price. Plans are month to month, your domain can remain in your registrar account, and if you cancel without purchasing the site we provide the agreed portable copy plus your own assets.

04Accessibility

Audit, remediate, then monitor where needed.

Each stage has its own scope and economics. Monitoring is a separate service for sites Bright Bridge does not manage.

Website Accessibility Audit

$2,500

Standard scope: up to approximately 50 unique pages/templates. Larger properties receive a scoped quote after the free scan.

Delivery: 10 business days from the scheduled audit start.

  • Automated sweep across the covered site
  • Human review of automated findings and false positives
  • Hands-on testing of key templates and critical user flows
  • Keyboard-only testing
  • Screen-reader testing
  • Forms and error handling
  • Zoom/reflow
  • Contrast and visual checks
  • Prioritized WCAG findings
  • 30/60/90 remediation roadmap
  • Fixed-price remediation proposal
  • Human review/sign-off

The audit is a real deliverable you keep, whether or not Bright Bridge performs the remediation.

Accessibility Remediation

Typically $10,000–$25,000

Remediation is quoted from the documented audit findings and depends on the number, severity, and type of issues involved, so the price reflects the actual barriers rather than a guess.

  • Theme/template code
  • Semantic structure
  • Navigation/focus management
  • Forms
  • Components and plugins
  • Content accessibility
  • Media
  • PDF/document work
  • Verification and retesting

Typically $10,000–$25,000, quoted by scope.

Government documents & PDFs

Scoped after document inventory and triage.

Government accessibility work can also include inventories of public documents, triage, HTML conversion, PDF/UA remediation, human QA, and monitoring for newly published documents.

Technical accessibility review and remediation; classification decisions are documented and confirmed through the appropriate client/legal process.

Ongoing Accessibility Monitoring

Monitoring is for websites Bright Bridge does not manage. Managed-website clients do not purchase a second accessibility-monitoring plan for the same Bright Bridge-managed website — accessibility-aware development and ongoing technical checks are built into that service.

Essential

$300/month

Best for

Static brochure sites that rarely change.

1 site · up to 50 pages

  • Weekly automated scans
  • Monthly engineer review of scan changes
  • Small included regression-fix capacity
  • Quarterly keyboard/screen-reader check of the highest-priority flow
  • Quarterly report and dated evidence log

Standard

$750/month

Best for

Working business sites with forms, ecommerce, booking, or frequent content changes.

1 site · up to 250 pages

  • Weekly automated scans
  • Monthly engineer review
  • Larger included regression-fix capacity
  • Quarterly manual keyboard/screen-reader testing of the top three flows
  • One new template/form mini-audit per quarter
  • Monthly reporting with trend data
  • Priority queue

Sites that take money or data — forms, checkout, portals, booking — should generally start here.

Premium

$1,500/month

Best for

Large, multi-property, government, healthcare, financial, or other regulated organizations.

Up to 3 properties / approximately 1,000 pages total

  • Weekly scans across all covered properties
  • Monthly engineer review
  • Highest included regression-fix capacity
  • Monthly rotating keyboard/screen-reader testing
  • New template/form mini-audits as they ship
  • Annual full accessibility re-audit included
  • Monthly reporting with named engineer
  • Documentation suitable for procurement/counsel review
  • Same-business-day start on critical regressions

Additional covered property beyond plan limits: +$250/month per additional property where applicable.

Technical accessibility findings and services, not legal advice. Monitoring maintains the testing/build standard and evidence trail. It is not a guarantee of legal compliance.

05Applications

App Rescue & Takeover

Start by confirming control and risk. Then assess, stabilize, and maintain the application at the level production software requires.

Free Ownership & Risk Review

Production Readiness / Takeover Assessment

$3,500

Delivery: 5 business days

  • Architecture
  • Security
  • Stability
  • Scalability
  • Code health
  • Infrastructure
  • Test coverage where applicable
  • Ownership/access-recovery map
  • Fix-now / monitor / plan-later triage
  • Prioritized roadmap

The assessment is a written deliverable you own: what the application is, what condition it is in, and what should be addressed first — whether or not you continue with us.

App Stabilization

Typically $15,000–$50,000

Fixed-scope stabilization depends on the inherited application's condition and what the assessment finds.

  • Security hardening
  • Infrastructure fixes
  • Authentication/access work
  • Reliability
  • Error handling
  • Monitoring
  • Dependency/platform work
  • Code cleanup
  • Critical production issues

Takeover does not automatically mean rebuild.

Safe Landing takeover

Verify before cutover.

Where appropriate, Bright Bridge replicates the application into client-controlled accounts while the existing environment continues running. Cutover happens only after the new environment is verified.

App Maintenance

From $2,000/month

Production applications require a different level of support than a business website. App maintenance includes monitoring, updates, written response commitments, and development capacity.

Entry

Around $2,000/month

Approximately 72-hour critical response

Mid

Around $3,500/month

Approximately 24-hour critical response

Top

Around $5,000+/month

Approximately 4-hour critical response

Higher levels include stronger response commitments and more engineering capacity. Final terms are documented before service begins.

06Engineering

Custom Development

Custom websites, web applications, mobile applications, portals, business-specific workflows, integrations, and other engineering work are scoped based on what actually needs to be built.

Project pricing

Quoted by scope

Significant custom projects receive a written scope and quote before work starts. If a $199/month subscription website would solve the problem instead, we'll say so.

Published engineering rate for work outside a package: $140/hour

Custom work + ongoing care

Support is defined with the project.

Custom projects launch with an ongoing care arrangement defined in the proposal so the work is not simply abandoned after launch.

The written custom proposal controls the support terms and any recurring price.

07Service-specific terms

Clear terms, before you buy

The terms reflect the service you are buying rather than pretending every engagement works the same way.

Monthly plans
Recurring plans are month to month unless a written proposal says otherwise.
Out-of-scope work
If something falls outside the included plan or approved project scope, we tell you what it will cost before starting it.
Third-party costs
Paid third-party licenses, advertising spend, paid stock/media, specialty software, or other external costs are not silently absorbed into the plan unless specifically listed as included.
Managed website cancellation
Plans are month to month. The managed website platform is part of the subscription rather than a purchased custom build, so if you cancel without buying the site, we provide the agreed portable copy plus your own assets. Your domain can remain in your registrar account.
Buying your site outright
Subscribers can purchase full ownership of the website at any point. We provide a written buyout price, and once it's paid you own the complete transferable website covered by that agreement.
Client-owned existing sites
A website the client already owns remains the client's existing asset while Bright Bridge provides care.
App takeover
Safe Landing is designed to place critical application accounts and infrastructure into client-controlled accounts.
Custom projects
Ownership and ongoing-support terms are defined in the written project agreement.
08One consistent promise

Different work, different pricing — always explained first.

A subscription website has published monthly pricing. Accessibility and App Rescue begin with productized assessments. Custom engineering is scoped in writing. Work outside packages has a published $140/hour rate. What never changes is that we explain the pricing model before doing the work.

09Pricing questions

The details people ask before they start.

Because you shouldn't need a sales call just to understand the basic economics. Productized services have published prices, and custom work is scoped clearly before it begins.
